How do I know which treatment is the right one for me?

Answer:

In order to book a treatment through BookingClinic.com, you have to have already been consulted by a medical doctor who suggested a specific kind of treatment. This is absolutely necessary in order to save time and effort for you and the Clinic, and avoid booking a wrong treatment. This is why, before your booking is completed and before you proceed with the downpayment, we ask you to confirm that you were consulted by a medical doctor for the specific treatment you requested.

This is not necessary only for cosmetic therapies that depend on your personal choice.

How do I book a treatment?

Answer:

5 easy steps and a click are enough!

Your therapy booking at the best clinic and doctor at the best price, is only a click away, available on your screen, 24X7. You only have to follow some few easy steps:

Step 1:

Go to Booking Clinic.com and select the treatment you were consulted to have

Step 2:

Select the Clinic and Doctor of your choice among a wide range of Clinics and Doctors by checking:

  • The quality of services
  • Doctors’ experience and qualifications
  • Room types offered

Step 3:

Pick your preferred admission date and click REQUEST TO BOOK

Wait for the confirmation email by the Clinic. You will get an answer within 48 hours for the availability of the selected date. If the preferred time slot is not available, you will receive by the Clinic at least 3 slots with available dates to pick from.

Once the Clinic confirms availability, you book your treatment by only paying a 10% down-payment of the total treatment cost That’s it! Your booking is confirmed!

The Clinic will now contact you to discuss and request all the medical documentation required ahead of your admission.

You can always change your mind up to 7 days before your entrance, with full refund of your down-payment

Step 4:

Arrange a Teleconference to speak with the Doctor (optional)

Speak with the Doctor of your choice, prior to the operation, to learn more or finalize the details

Step 5:

Pay off the rest of the amount to the Clinic up to 48 hours before your admission date if you come from abroad, or the time you enter the Clinic, if it is in your country.

What kind of treatments can I find through BookingClinic?

Answer:

You can find all kind of treatments provided by Clinics and Medical Centers, such as General Clinics, Diagnostic and Rehabilitation Centers, Wellness Centers, Dental Centers etc

What documents are required? When and where do I have to submit them?

Answer:

The clinic you chose and booked will contact you by mail or phone at the contact information you provided, in order to ask you for all the necessary medical data and documents, to review your medical file, to ensure and confirm the necessity and the suitability of the operation/treatment, and last but not least to give you all the necessary instructions before your admission for the treatment.

How can I pay for the downpayment?

Answer:

Through your Paypal account. If you don’t already have one, it will only take you few minutes to create your own Paypal account. Currently, the only supported method of payment of your booking is Paypal. We are working on offering more options soon!

Question:

Do I receive a confirmation of my payment?

Answer:

Yes. Once you complete your downpayment you will receive a mail from BookingClinic.com that confirms your payment and contains all the details of your booking. This can only take a few minutes.

Question:

I have already sent a request for admission to the Clinic. How long does it take for the clinic to reply to my request?

Answer:

The Clinic needs up to 2 working days to check the availability of your proposed admission date. Within this time frame it will come back to you either confirming your admission date or suggesting more than 3 new options upon the availability of the Clinic and the Doctor.

Does the doctor-clinic communicate with me before the day of the operation?

Answer:

The team, together with the head doctor, will examine your medical records to assess your medical conditions. In case that more info is required, the Clinic will communicate directly with you.

Question:

What if the treatment I booked is finally not the one I need?

Answer:

In case the treatment you booked is not the right one according to Clinic’s assessment of your medical file, you will be informed in detail by the Clinic, you will get completely reimbursed and then you can book the right treatment through BookingClinic.com, as per the Clinic’s guidance.

Question:

What happens If something occurs or even if I change my mind, after I have confirmed the booking and paid the downpayment?

Answer:

You can change your mind up to 7 days before your confirmed admission date. BookingClinic returns the full amount of the downpayment to you, when your cancellation is done at least 7 days before the date of your confirmed admission to the Clinic.

Question:

What if the Clinic cancels the operation after I have paid the fee?

Answer:

On this very unlikely occasion, you get completely reimbursed and you can then book again to the same or to a different Clinic.

Answer:

Μόλις ολοκληρωθεί η κράτηση και αφού η κλινική έρθει σε επαφή μαζί σας, μπορείτε να επικοινωνήσετε απευθείας με την Κλινική τηλεφωνικά ή μέσω ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου (μέιλ) και να ζητήσετε μια εναλλακτική ημερομηνία εισαγωγής στην έκτακτη περίπτωση που δεν είστε διαθέσιμος εκείνη την ημέρα. Δεν υπάρχει επιπλέον χρέωση. Ωστόσο, προτείνουμε αλλαγή ημερομηνίας μόνο σε περίπτωση έκτακτης ανάγκης.

What does the price of the treatment include?

Answer:

The cost of the selected treatment includes cost of hospitalization for the number of days shown, doctor’s fee, treatment and medication as described in the Treatment’s tab.

Question:

Where do I pay the cost of treatment?

Answer:

Only the 10% downpayment is paid through BookingClinic.com. The rest of the amount (payoff) is paid directly to the Clinics described by the Clinic during the direct communication with you. On your admission day, you will receive the invoice of the total amount (downpayment and pay off) of the treatment you booked.

Is there any case that extra costs occur during the treatment?

Answer:

The cost of the treatment you booked is the total cost of your treatment for the days foreseen and the package described by the Clinic on BookingClinic.com. The package and its cost is offered according to the average patient needs and profile, without any unexpected medical complications. In the case of unexpected complications, such as extra days of hospitalization, you will be promptly informed according to Clinic’s procedure for the extra needs and the costs related to them. This type of costs that can hardly be medically predicted are not included in the cost of treatment as booked through BookingClinic.com. In this unlikely event, after you are informed by the Clinic and under the condition that you consent to the extra medical needs, you will directly pay to the Clinic.   

Question:

Is there a rating procedure for the Clinic and the Doctor?

Answer:

Of course there is. Some days after your expected day of discharge you will receive a mail from BookingClinic.com, to answer a questionnaire by rating the quality of services you received by the Clinic and the Doctor. Your rating to our questionnaire is taken into account to calculate customer’s satisfaction rate (Clinic and Doctor), as shown in our platform.

You can also write comments from your total experience, that we guarantee they will be directly transmitted to the Clinic and the Doctor, for their info and their direct feedback. This is a direct communication only between you, the Clinic and Doctor.
