Διαδερμική αντικατάσταση αορτικής βαλβίδας (Tavi)

Transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) is a minimally invasive surgical procedure to replace a narrowed aortic valve that fails to open properly (aortic valve stenosis) without removing the old damaged valve. Transcatheter aortic valve replacement is also called Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI).

Package Includes:

Diagnostics

1. Cardiac catheterization / Coronarography / Peripheral artery

2. Angiography

3. Electrocardiogram (ECG)

4. Echocardiogram (ECHO)

5. Color Doppler Flow Imaging (CDFI)

6. Max. 3 days in hospital (drugs, full board, medical care)

Valve repair

1. Additional MSCT of the aorta and great vessels, if needed

2. Trans catheter aortic valve repair with Medtronic Core Valve technology (trans femoral, subclavian or direct aortic)

3. Max. 3 days in intensive care unit

4. Max. 8 days in hospital (drugs, medical care, full board)

Other

1. Transfer cost from Zagreb airport to Magdalena and back are covered by Magdalena

Package does not include

1. Intensive care unit of more than 3 days. Extra cost 350€/day

2. Intensive care unit + Continuous Vent-Venous Hemofiltration of more than 3 days (CVVH). Extra cost 1.100€/days

3. Hospitalisation of more than 8 days. Accommodation charge for patient in General ward 150 €/day. Same cost of attendants.

Note: Room and board charges include routine nursing services, routine supplies and meals.
